As a token of appreciation, the Indian High Group of Schools felicitated Ms. Shameem Junaid (grade 11 & 12 Islamic Studies teacher) for her support during the inaugural Wellbeing, Destress and Happiness Programme. The felicitation ceremony was hosted today at the Oud Metha campus to express gratitude for her support and interaction with students of grades 10 and 12 before the CBSE Board exams.

This program was an innovative project that embraced various smart and practical new ideas to help students combat exam anxiety with activities like art and pet therapy, dolphin breathing, yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, and blessings from the priests with students being free to choose what suited them best.
