PTCS will be conducted on January 28th. This session aims to build successful partnership between parents and teachers in developing effective communication techniques that meet student’s need.
SSCS will be organised on January 28th. Through this session, teachers will communicate to parents about their students. Specific guidelines of how to improve upon their ward’s performance in school will be given.
Group Recitation competition will be conducted on January 30th. The purpose is to build confidence in students. It will also be an opportunity for them to showcase their voice modulation, expression and gestures together in a group.
Field Trip will be organised on January 16th. Students will go to the park, play and learn about the environment. It will help to enhance their social skills by playing in a friendly manner with other students from different classes.
Thematic Assembly will be held on January 20th. Through this assembly, students from divisions ‘K & L’ will present a skit about Fruits and Vegetables at the Centre stage. It will help them understand the importance of fruits and vegetables for a healthy lifestyle.
Thematic Assembly will be held on January 27th. Students from divisions ‘Q & R’ will have a presentation at the Centre stage about ‘Festivals of India’. It will create awareness among them of the different festivals of India.
PTCS / SSCS will be organised on January 29th. Progress and behavior of the students in the class and overall concern will be addressed. Parent’s awareness about their ward’s behavior, academic performance and attainment in the class.
Handwriting Competition will be conducted on January 30th. During this competition, students will be given a paragraph to copy from the board. They will be judged on their handwriting, punctuation and spacing. It aims to imbibe the habit of good handwriting.
Grade 1 (Girls)
Spell Bee competition will be conducted on January 30th. This competition will be an opportunity for students to participate and help them do better.
Grade 1 & 2 (Girls)
Thematic Assemblies titled ‘International Day of Charity reaching out to those in need’ and ‘My India My Pride’ will be held on January 21st & 28th with mass participation of grade 2 divisions ‘D, G & J’ respectively. Through these assemblies, each and every student will get a chance to participate on stage.
SSCS will be organised on January 30th. This meeting will help parents to discuss the performance improvement of their ward.
Grade 2 (Girls)
Arabic Read Aloud competition will be conducted on January 19th. This competition will be an opportunity for students to be confident on stage.
Grade 1 (Boys)
English Recitation Competition will be conducted on January 23rd. Students will boost their confidence and convey their pieces with expression & conviction. It will help to develop their choral reading skills in poetry and enhance their language abilities.
Arabic Recitation will be held on January 29th. The objective is to improve Arabic language skills through poetic expression. Students will recite the Arabic poems with expression and fluency. They will learn to work in unison with the team.
Grade 1 & 2 (Boys)
Thematic Assembly titled ‘a friend in need is a friend indeed’ will be held on January 21st with mass participation of grade 2 division ‘R’. The purpose is to instill the value of genuine friendship, sharing and caring among peers. It will also help to develop confidence and fluency through skit, dance & drama. Students will be well adjusted in family & school groups and they will value the importance of friends in day to day life.
Thematic Assembly titled ‘reaching out to those in needs’ will be held on January 28th with mass participation of grade 2 division ‘U’. This assembly aims to instill values of empathy through various areas of performance. Students will bond with their peers to convey the message of charity. They will also show empathy with people in distress.
PTCS / SSCS will be organised on January 30th. The purpose is to update parents on the current academic status of their ward and discuss the strategies for improvement. They will discuss the present performance level of the students and work on their concern areas.
Grade 3 & 4 (Girls)
Thematic Assemblies titled ‘know your Motherland - Republic Day of India’ and ‘Hospitality- a key part of Emirati Culture’ will be held on January 22nd & 29th with mass participation of grade 3 division ‘J’ and grade 4 division ‘F’ respectively. These assemblies will be an opportunity for students to share their ideas and talents with the other students of their section. It also aims to raise awareness on various important topics & happenings in and outside school and to develop a sense of community & discipline.
PTCS / SSCS will be organised on January 30th. Teachers will provide guidelines on how parents could support and encourage their wards to be successful learners.
Student Council meeting will be conducted on January 30th. This meeting aims to prepare the students to be ready to face the world inculcating leadership values in them, by being more independent in their thoughts and actions. It will help for the development of their leadership skills, time management and discipline.
Grade 3 & 4 (Boys)
Thematic Assemblies titled ‘UAE- a melting pot of different Cultures’, ‘UAE vision- United in Ambition & Determination’ and ‘My India My Pride’ will be held on January 22nd & 29th respectively. Students from grade 3 divisions ‘R, T & U’ will present their topic in English, Hindi and Arabic languages. It will help them develop their public speaking skills.
Student Council meeting with agenda titled ‘Best Practices of the school: Implementation of 3 R’s (United in Knowledge)’ will be organised on January 29th. This fun based learning through discussion and quiz will help students enhance their awareness on environment related issue within school premises and outside. Students will develop traits such as awareness, precaution, economically thinking and environment friendly. It will also help them improve the quality of life.

PFG Sectional (Parents Focus Group) will be held on January 16th for KG 1 to Grade 4. The objective is to discuss relevant school issues and share views through suggestions & solutions. It will be an interactive session to bring out more clarity regarding the best practices and changes required if any. They will share their views/opinions on the ongoing flow of the school system with the sectional heads. It will also encourage association between school & parents by understanding the parent’s opinion and gathering their feedback.
Republic Day will be celebrated on January 26th. During this day, students from grade 3 & 4 boys will showcase the rich cultural diversity of India and conduct themselves in a disciplined and organized manner. The objective is to instill in students the pride in their national heritage and acquaint them with the rich & diverse culture of their motherland. It will also be an opportunity for them to celebrate this day with great fervor and enthusiasm.
Best out of Waste by Environment Club will be conducted on January 29th for grade 3 & 4 girls. The purpose is to create love for environment by making best out of waste with help of recyclable things. Students will use their imaginations and creativity to make innovative things.
Annual Sports Day will be held on January 20th for grade 1 & 2 girls and 3 & 4 girls. During this day, students will showcase their athletic skills. They are going to participate in varied athletics events were they can apply the skills they have learned in their respective games classes. It will also help to develop physical fitness & skills, mental alertness and constructive social abilities.

This day will help to develop a sense of cooperation amidst peers and provide opportunities to participate in athletic skills. Students will participate in various sports games which will enhance their physical wellbeing.
